A Pakistani news service is reporting that US President Donald Trump, along with his wife and the family of Vice President Mike Pence, attended his inaugural prayer service which featured a Muslim leader close to the Global Muslim Brotherhood infrastructure in the US According to the report:

January 23, 2017  US President Donald Trump along with his wife and the family of Vice President Mike Pence attended the inaugural prayer service on Saturday.

During the service, Imam Mohammad Majid, executive director of the All Dulles Area Muslim Society recited verses from Surah Al-Hujarat and Surah Ar-Rum from the Holy Quran with translation in English.

The Imam was among 26 religious leaders participating in the prayer service.  According to Imam Majid;s spokesman, the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran had been approved by Washington National Cathedral officials.

The Huffington Post earlier reported that the decision by Magid to take part in the ceremony had been criticized by “some American Muslims.” According to the report:

A Virginia imam’s decision to take part in an interfaith ceremony for recently inaugurated President Donald Trump has sparked outrage among some American Muslims who believe Muslims should boycott the event.

CNN reported Thursday that Imam Mohamed Magid of the All Dulles Area Muslim Society Center, also known as the ADAMS Center, in Sterling, Virginia, will deliver the Muslim call to prayer at the National Prayer Service this Saturday at the Washington National Cathedral.

Majid will join 26 other faith leaders in addressing an audience that will include Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.

Ahmed Rehab, executive director at the Chicago chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, wrote in a Facebook post on Friday that he was “thoroughly disappointed” by Magid’s “unilateral decision” to join the prayer service, which “goes against the consensus of our community’s leadership and grassroots.”

Rehab wrote that while he has “lots of love and respect” for Magid and his “long track record as an open-minded, loving imam,” the imam’s participation in the service will give “the appearance of normalcy and normalization to a President and an administration that is showing the Muslim community and many other communities alarming animosity.”

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is in fact an important part of the USA Muslim Brotherhood and emerged out of the early Hamas infrastructure in the US.

The All Dulles Area Muslim Society (ADAMS) is a prominent Muslim community organization in the Washington metropolitan area and a number of important US. Brotherhood leaders are known to have been members of ADAMS. Mohamed Magid is the ADAMS Imam and Executive Director as well as the former President of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), in turn, describes itself as “an independent, open and transparent membership organization that strives to be an exemplary and unifying Islamic organization in North America by contributing to the betterment of the Muslim community and society at large.” In fact, ISNA emerged out of the early US. Muslim Brotherhood infrastructure and documents discovered in the course of the terrorism trial of the Holy Land Foundation confirmed that the organization was part of the US Muslim Brotherhood. In June 2013, the GMBDW posted a detailed analysis of why we are deeply skeptical of ISNA and its apparent acceptance by the current US government and other parties as a moderate organization.

The GMBDW finds it odd given the apparent plans of the Trump Administration to change the relationship of the US government to the Muslim Brotherhood, that Trump and Pence would agreed to attend a religious service that included an individual so closely tied to the Global Muslim Brotherhood infrastructure.
