ISNA Changes Internet Domain

0

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), a leading U.S. Muslim Brotherhood organization, has changed both its Internet domain and the style of its website. No reason was given for the change of domain although it should be noted that such a change can make potentially make it more difficult for analysts to track past activities of the organization. The old domain, active since at least December 1998, currently forwards the user to the new domain although it is possible that this is temporary which, if so, would tend to confirm obfuscation as a motive for the change. As for the new style, the most obvious change is the green color of the style elements which does not require comment. The content of the new site does not appear to be substantially different from the older site.
