Muslim Student Association Signs U.S. Muslim Brotherhood Document On Sunni-Shiite Relations

Once again confirming its role as part of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood, the website of the Muslim Student Association (MSA) has reported that it has signed the “Muslim Code of Honor promising to “help end Sectarian Violence in the Muslim Community.” As a previous post has reported, this document was signed in June by many leaders of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood and is probably an attempt to deal with rising tensions between the Sunni and Shiite communities in the United States. The MSA was founded in 1963 by members of the Muslim Brotherhood fleeing their home countries and leaders of the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT), another U.S. Brotherhood organization, played instrumental roles in its founding and early years.
